FIS4-四波干涉传感器



Application: Real-time optical wavefront detection, optical system measurement, micro-nano contour measurement, quantitative phase imaging

The FIS4 four-wave interference sensor, developed by a team of professors from Zhejiang University and Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, boasts domestic patented technology. It combines diffraction and interference to achieve common-path four-wave lateral shear interference, offering superior detection sensitivity and anti-vibration performance. Real-time, high-speed dynamic interference measurement can be achieved without vibration isolation; the real-time measurement display frame rate exceeds 10 frames. Additionally, the FIS4 sensor features an ultra-high phase resolution of 512×512 (260,000 phase points), covering a measurement wavelength band from 200nm to 15μm, with a measurement sensitivity of 2nm and a measurement repeatability better than 1/1000λ (RMS). It can be used for laser beam quality analysis, plasma flow field detection, real-time measurement of high-speed flow field distribution, optical system image quality evaluation, microscopic contour measurement, and quantitative phase imaging of biological cells.




FIS4 - Four-wave dynamic interferometer

Application: High-precision surface shape detection for planar and spherical optical element surfaces. Main features:

◆ Common-path interference, no need for phase shifting, suitable for high-precision and stable measurement of large-aperture and long optical path

◆ Measurement resolution: 2 nm

◆ Measurement repeatability is strong, with a deviation of ≤1/1000λ (at 633nm wavelength band)

◆ No need for vibration isolation, with exceptional stability and shock resistance (ideal for high-precision factory inspections)

◆ Equipped with a five-dimensional adjustment frame, it adapts to various posture adjustments and is easy to operate

◆ Achromatic lenses compatible with different F numbers: F1, F3, F5, 

◆ Display and output the wavefront PV value, RMS value, Zernike coefficients, etc. in real time





SAI600 High-precision Optical Element Surface Defect Detector

Applicable: optical mask film, flat optical glass, optical window film, filter, silicon wafer, etc

Key Features:

◆ Detection component size: compatible with a maximum size of 600mm × 600mm

◆ Thickness range of detection components: 7mm~50mm

◆ Detection mode: compatible with bright and dark field detection

◆ Detection resolution: 2x: 2.5um; 10x:0.5um; 20x:0.25um; 50x: 0.1um (for re evaluation only);
